Caribbean Club Resort

My room had stuff from someone else under my bed was told someone would come by and clean it and nobody did. My screen door didn’t lock and the person above us was hammering and bouncing balls until 230am non stop.

Great view of lake!! Outdoor and indoor pools and spa were very nice! Location was great!

Unit 612 doesnt have a king bed as advertised which was unfortunate. Carpet in room is stained. Pull out bed linens were dirty and had dead ants. Overall loff layott is cramped with no room to walk. Utensils rusted. Dining table needs repairs

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. Liked that it had 2 full bathrooms.

I liked the option of pools, and friendly staff.

The walk to from the condo to the pool wasn’t paved and that made it difficult to walk with small children as it was very close to the road. The outdoor pool was really dirty. Two of the 4 mattresses were very stained, massive cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and the AC units were completely covered by in dust.

Loves the pools, hot tub sauna and lake view with beach

Would recommend new shower curtain in unit. Would stay again. Just a small thing we noticed.

Location and large space. Allowed an early checkin. Lakeview and very small beach.

Rooms were needing updated and more care like new paint and furniture seems loose and in bad shoe on chairs. We had to report our room has knicks in wall and closer door broken. Microwave barely worked and tub hot water would not last. Nice layout bit in need of repair. I would only want to stay lake front like we did. The balcony does not connect to the bottom lake front so you have to walk around to get to beach. If they would out stairs in off balcony would be better. Art on walls is poorly placed and tacky. Need to weedeat the beach landscaping. Lack of attention to care.

The views are amazing! Very relaxing. Nice pool, friendly staff, and the condos are so nice!

No garbage bag in the kitchen garbage, but that was no big deal!

Location to beach and pool was all with in a few steps. Lake access was right out front door! Was an amazing experience.

Beds were not as comfortable, however still good

The location was pretty central to anything we wanted to do. The outdoor pools and beach areas were very nice and there were plenty of chairs to relax in. The condo was stocked with anything that we needed.

Our condo was very dated and rundown to some extent, something that didn’t match the pictures on their website. The washer and dryer that they advertised was a very small stackable unit in one of the closets. We had several nail holes in the wall where they tried to hang things, a door knob was falling off, one of the bedroom doors didn’t close correctly, and the stopper for the sink didn’t fit. The office also had an odd start time of 10 while we were there so you had to wait if you needed something.
