It was easy to get Staff was very nice and helpful… Breakfast was great and I enjoyed every bit of it every single morning …

The main restaurant wasn’t as I expected,it was overpriced and the food was bland and poorly made,tbh I was disappointed , we ate just the first time and other nights had to go other restaurants in lecce thankfully it was close to the hotel…

Our son is a coeliac and the hotel went over and above to help

The location and the amenities

The minibar charge. We were charged for the water bottles in the minibar but there was no price catalogue or information on the charge.

The property lacks character and personality but if your focus is golfing then I suppose it doesn’t matter.

The resort is very large, with lots of facilities. The pool area is very quiet and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was also of a high quality.

The restaurant available for dinner was the worst, most disorganised experience we have ever had. The waiters were rude and were visibly annoyed even before starting to take orders. Upon taking each person’s order for antipasto and/or primo/secondo, there were multiple incorrect advice given about how dishes were served, showing no understanding of what was available. Dishes were then sent randomly with no explanation, and when asked the waiter yanked a dish away from the table in a strop, again with no explanation. Although the food was of good quality (although some cold), the service was dreadful and there was no apology or understanding until I confronted the restaurant manager a third time due to issues. The bill then arrived with a €30 coperto after the pathetic excuse for service, and the waiter in question again showed the worst people skills ever seen in waiting staff. The restaurant really lets this place down and would deter us from staying here again.

The facility was excellent. Two large pools, a wellness centre and a great restaurant. The menu was different every night and the food was divine. The staff across the whole resort went above and beyond, made the stay extra special.
