This is clearly not a 5 star hotel when they can’t get your A/C operating correctly or at least offer to move our rooms. Staff is very rude and it felt like we were doing them a favor by staying there. I would not stay here. We are staying 45 minutes away at a far nicer hotel in a clean beach

La chambre qui était spacieuse,calme,d'avoir pensez un écran géant pour la coupe de monde de football

Les 3 piscines d'une taille faites pour des petits enfants,une salle de sport en sous sol sans air climatique impossible de rester plus de 30 minutes,la pizzeria avec des prix honteux pour de la nourriture a éviter ,Les clients anglais au bar qui font un cirque pas possible, aucun magasin ou bar de proximité a l'extérieur de l'hôtel. La plage salle qui n'a pas été nettoyée avec des algues sur toute la plage,impossible d'avoir un transat après 10.00 du matin

Very nice and clean hotel, big. We stayed in a villa and they were also nice and clean but little bit noisy. Good equiped but not for outstanding cooking. Restaurants on the park or nearby. Nice swimmingpools spread over the park. Food and drinks in hotel surtenly not the cheapest in the area. From hotel nice view over the ocean but the beach was not big and not very clean. We were disappointed that we had to pay for sunbeds.

Having stayed at many five star hotels this is simply not a five star Hotel the Villa I had was old rundown peeling paint I was travelling alone. They only let me have one towel and ridiculously you have to pay to go on the beach lounges. This is unacceptable for a five star hotel with their own beach. Just thought I exploitation
