The food was amazing, the service in the red level area was exceptional.

All good nothing to complain about

The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. From the bellman to the front desk to the catering and cleaning staff - everyone was there to make the hotel guests feel very special. The room was big, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom spotless and clean. Bed linen and towels were changed every 3-4 days. The Mini-Bar always stocked up with a wide selection. Our balcony provided us with beautiful sun-loungers and awning overlooking the pool with the coastline in the distance. Direct cellar access to the golf course with the hotel's own buggies and locker rooms for your golf clubs. The breakfast buffet catered for your every need with waiter service bringing your eggs of choice and coffee/tea. The Maître d' remembered our breakfast wishes and room number after just one visit - impressive! What service! The outdoor bar provided a good lunchtime menu. Water bottles were delivered everyday together with the most exquisite little chocolates which we devoured in quiet ecstacy. Coming down in the morning to be greeted by a wonderfully refreshing air of menthol/eucalyptus was a very nice touch! The entire establishment (indoors and out) was an oasis of peace and tranquility. Absolutely perfect!

The evening menu in the restaurant was a touch too fancy - we only went there once and it wasn't special. We recommend aiming at a slightly broader community with more simpler dishes. From what we could tell, the restaurant was not well frequented. The bedside carpet needed to be replaced or cleaned - it was stained.

The staff and management were so polite and welcoming

Evening meals weren't very exciting apart from the fish and soups. The piano bar staff wasn't that pleasant. We found him rude to us

What can I say apart from the whole experience was amazing. I would highly recommend. The food was amazing and the staff couldn’t do enough. We booked a cheaper hotel for our holiday and decided to check out early and come here for our last night. It was the best decision we made. We will definitely be returning!
