When I arrived there was sign on desk that stated call for service. The phone on my end just rang and rang. Was greeted 5-10 min after. Was given key to room on third floor unfortunately due to a non functioning elevator which staff blamed fire protection services on I was then given a ground floor key. Go to my room the door was a jar. I was very hesitant about walking in.. the room needs a lot of remodeling mirror was dirty sheets were dirty and when I mean, dirty sheets, I mean they were clean, but the dirt was embedded into the sheets, tons of rust in the bathroom, enamel on the bottom of the top was chipped, tub faucet needs replacing, I could go on and on this hotel is just falling apart.

Very nice and clean. The staff were all exceptionally friendly. We will for sure be back.

They charged my card days after the stay even though the room was prepaid at the time of booking MONTHS in advance. When I attempted to contact them regarding this issue, they didn’t answer their phone. When I was finally able to get someone on the phone after numerous attempts and I asked why they charged my card again, they said, “good catch” and asked me to call back the next day because they were too busy!! I told them I would not, that they could contact me. They never did. Eventually, after a couple of weeks, they did refund the money but it took me threatening to contact the BBB for them to do it. This was an awful experience and I believe they probably make these charges often, hoping no one will notice. It makes me wonder how many times they have gotten away with it?

Clean, friendly staff who were helpful. Breakfast was good. Positively experience.

It was okay, nothing unpleasant to report.

Bathroom updated except for tub...not in good shape. Water was warm, but not hot. Outside pavement bad
