Owner was courteous and helpful when I arrived for a very late arrival

Whole property is in need of upgrades

The manager gave us his best room after we petitioned about the condition of the one we were assigned.

The first room we were assigned was supposed to have been refurbished. It felt more like walking into a clean jail. There were roaches of various ages inhabiting the room, brick walls, and steel beds with stiff mattresses. There was no phone to contact front desk. It smelled unpleasant like a former smoker's room.

People constantly in breezeway cops up there arresting people won't clean rooms or nothing .saw roaches in room alot

Nothing, It smelled, had mold, roaches, dirty floors, walls, bathrooms, broken appliances, cigarette burned bed spreads. The front office was covered in dog hair, dog piss, husky dogs, and smelled like a$$!

The walls are black, moldy, food stains everywhere, possibly blood on them, dead smushed roaches, roach poop, broken TP holders, rooms smell, broken sinks, dirty showers, dirty trims, Moldy AC units. Crackheads walking the lot'. I wouldn't recommend this place at all! We booked three rooms four hours prior, when we got here they claimed they had no rooms for us but one, eventually we had to get mouthy just to find out they had rooms the whole time! We came here because of a bad storm and we lost power, I would of rather got sucked into the eye of a hurricane then to stay at this place ever again! I wanted somewhere to take a clean shower and cant even do that! Didnt even bring my bags inside because of all the roaches! The rooms smell like dog piss and cigarettes. The office is the worst, dog hair everywhere, can't even sit down, dog piss on the main counter and on the side of the guest chairs, my lord don't even remind me of the smell in there also! We asked for a refund, couldnt get that either after we found out they didn't have all of our rooms. I had to go out and buy cleaner to reclean our bathrooms just to make sure I wouldn't catch anything its that bad. The name of the place does not match the motel at all. Americas Worst Value Inn should be the new name. The AC is covered in dust, roach poop, and mold. I havent even opened the microwaves or fridge yet. Honestly probably dont even want too, might add a new smell to the room. This place needs to be shut down in my opinion, all three of our rooms are like this.

Trash on top of shower stall 10-12 leftover pieces of soap empty shampoo bottle tags from body scrubber.

Never answered the door. Rang the bell Multiple times. Phoned no answered. Even emailed them in the am to request late check in midnight-1 am. We showed up at 12:45 to be left strained with no room
