The place was very clean, quiet and staff was very professional and friendly. Great value for the price and how nice the rooms were.

This could not be more convenient for skiing. Ski to the rack, drop your skis, go inside, drop off your boots. Come back the next morning your boots are warm, pop your skis on and a minute later you're at the Gondola. The guys in the ski shop help you put your boots on!!!! and couldn't be nicer. I read some of the negative reviews about specific units and noise. I realize that the units are individually owned, our two bedroom deluxe was great. You can get a suite at the Four Seasons with pot smoking noisy neighbors. This is a Condo Hotel, not just a condo rental. You get all the services of a hotel, the space and conveniences of a condo. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and genuinely seemed like they wanted you to have a nice time. We used the shuttle service for grocery shopping and getting to dinner. Plus a very short walk to the village. Kudos all around- to a well run establishment that understands hospitality.

Great location- our unit was facing the slope and the gondola. We didn’t use the ski storage facilities as our unit was literally beside the hill and we could use the ski storage lockers just outside the unit. Beds were comfy, unit was clean and updated and kitchen well equipped. Couldn’t ask for anything better. We will return.

The slope side location is fantastic. Front desk and the ski hut provide outstanding service. We stayed in 1302 which was a designated “premier” category (top of the line) unit. It was comfortable for our group but it’s just an old tired building with old tired decor. Dark, dingy stairwell up two flights of stairs. Cobwebs in chandeliers, broken floorboard trim in kitchen, lights without working light bulbs, bedroom windows that don’t have handles on them so can’t be opened, etc etc. Premier designation does not include in unit laundry. We’ve stayed at this property before and chose to return because of the location and the ski hut service, but it really needs a facelift.

Parking is challenging but the EV charger is free!

We have just returned from 2 weeks at Snowmass, staying at the Crestwood apartments. It was our seventh trip to Snowmass and our third stay at Crestwood. The service that we experienced was outstanding. The rooms were great, housekeeping was friendly and diligent, and the front desk staff were always helpful. What was terrific was the service by the young guys in the ski store who looked after our gear and helped us out with any problems. We will certainly be going back there. Even when we were snowed in and could not fly out to LA, the staff found us another room at short notice. Much appreciated.

If I was only permitted to use one word, it would be service. The staff went more than the extra mile to make our vacation memorably pleasant . One other thing i should mention, Snowmas is part if the Aspen ski fields, but you should give serious consideration to flying into Denver and organising road / coach / shuttle to deliver you to Aspen because as we experienced heavy snow on the day we left.

We loved the chalet loft concept of our place though didn’t know until we arrived that the location was the 3rd building up from the ski run. Skiing off was a short walk but returning was a longer hike up many flights of stairs. Our unit was very clean though and overall a very nice stay.

Great spot in Snowmass if you need low-frills lodging at a "reasonable" cost. The staff was very communicative and accomodating for our needs. Be aware that the condos are on the mountain so there's a chance you might hear the snow groomers at 6:30am. Additionally, the "loft" in these units has low wood beams on the ceiling due to the A-frame build so if you're taller than the average NBA forward, you'll need to exercise additional care when walking around in the loft area or wear your ski helmet inside, especially at night.
