The Crestwood Condominiums

Place smelled like burned fish. Aired it out two diff days and smell always returned. Carpet was filthy..Didnt want to let feet touch floor w/o socks. Extremely noisy... more of a college dorm experience than a mountain getaway. I'm a certified Network Engineer and ironically have almost exactly the same services and tv at home and still couldn't get main tv to show any channel but CNN. Some of the front desk staff were extremely good and professional.

After we complained about the room and the porta potty and construction noise they were very good and transferred us to a great place away from all that mess. They were very helpful and understood our distress.

The best condo we have stayed in in any resort. Drivers took us anywhere we wanted to go in the village, out the door and on the slopes and the hot top was steps away. Will definitely return. Condo itself was large and well furnished

quiet and walking distance to shopping. Would have liked more dining choices.

We stayed at Crestwood for three weeks in Winter. We are frequent visitors to Snowmass and have stayed at a number of slopeside condos/hotels and Crestwood fell short of expectations both in service and amenity. We had a premium 2 bedroom. The room was of a good size but with that heavy dated furniture popular a decade ago. Most problematic was the noise. You can hear every footstep from apartments above. Lots of stomping around in ski boots plus partying neighbours who played music and smoked marijuana constantly. In addition, the condo we stayed in was near the laundry and whilst it shuts at 10.00pm at night, the almost constant washing and drying with associated vibration of spin cycles was annoying. We complained to staff a couple of times about noise, no interest or follow up. We are not prudes, it was just constant noise. In addition, the parking lot is poorly regulated for vehicle parking most noticeably limited spots available, large SUV's parked in fire lanes and poorly parked so they protrude. Again, staff dismissive of feedback. Other places do it better.

My rugby team rented three condos from Crestwood in mid-September. There were plenty of places for everyone to sleep and each unit was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The parking lot was very crowded and it was difficult to navigate and find a spot.

The condo space and environs are really terrific - beautiful hot tub, walking distance to restaurants, free parking, any kind of kitchen utensil you could imagine. Property management responded immediately and politely to the heat pilot light being out (seasonal issue after summer season). They also gave us useful suggestions. To improve: Table linens and one bathrobe (such a wonderful perk though) hadn't been washed which was a little offputting. Couldn't get Comcast movies and there were few DVDs. Would be good to suggest to renters to bring their own.

The front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. We loved the location. The amenities were amazing. Crestwood Condominiums is at the top of our list for future places to stay!
