Out of date and not well cared for, good location must have been nice once but not now.

This is the worst experience we have had with a hotel that we found on Hotels.com. When we arrived at 4 in the afternoon, they couldn't find our reservation and I had to show them my email, which they then mailed to themselves. They couldn't figure out what room to put us in and when they did, they said we had to wait an hour for it to be ready. The room itself was not in great condition: doors that don't close, holes in the curtains, etc. You have to make the beds yourself. They are not really set up for short hotel stays. It's more a long-term vacation place. The worst was when we came back from dinner to hear water pouring from the ceiling. We called the front desk and they said it would be fixed the next day. When we asked for towels to clean up the water they wanted us to come get them. We were very disappointed with the service and the general state of the "hotel." They didn't offer any apologies or compensation. Would strongly suggest that people NOT choose this place. It is way overpriced for what you get and is a bit rundown.

Photos from hotel isn't same there . Rome is very smal for three persons. In the morning worker started and they make bad noise But the space is clams and very close to arle city.

Oli todella vaikea löytää perille, koska reception, josta majoitustilat ja reception toimii ihan eri nimellä kuin on ilmoitettu. Alueella on monta eri majoitusta, mutta niillä on yhteisiä receptioneja (näitä oli ainakin 3). Hotels.comin sivuilla voisi kertoa tarkemmin alueen käytännöistä eli että siellä ei käytetä rahaa lainkaan, vaan pitää ladata rahaa alueen omalle luottokortille, jolla sitten maksetaan kaikki syömiset ja juomiset. Ei oikein mielestäni sovellu yhden yön matkalaisille. On enemmänkin perheen viikon kestäviä lomamatkoja suosivaa. Luvattu langaton internet ei toiminut.

pour ceux qui désirent visiter la Provence la Camargue etc. cette residence est idéalement placée. la proximité des centres commerciaux, le marché du samedi a Arles sont des atouts pour ce lieu.

les photos datent d'il y a surement longtemps. Tout le parc y compris les appartements ne sont pas entretenus et tout est vétuste. D'ailleurs de nombreuses choses ne sont deja plus en service (discothèque et certains restaurant fermés, poisson mort dans l'etang, espaces verts non entretenus...) Dommage car il y a du potentiel...

Nous avons prit possession de notre chambre 3h00 Après l heure d arrivée soit 20hoo. L accueil était limite....les hôtesse ne nous ont pas prévenu de suite que la chambre n était pas prête, elles nous ont remis les documents sans nous préciser que les clés n était pas ds l enveloppe. Nous nous sommes rendus a la chambre et avons dû retourner a l accueil..et patienter avec 2 jeunes enfants. .... Nous n avons pas pu profité de la piscine car elle fermait justement a 20hoo, heureusement un geste commercial a été fait......

Très propre. très bien équipé. Très calme la.nuit, réception au top super accueil, mais souci sur étape une nuit. . La photo de salle de bain affichée sur ce site montre du linge de toilette et des produits d'accueil comme toute prestation hôtelière mais sur place pas de linge de toilette fourni. On peut acheter un kit pour 6€ pour 2 ,14€ pour 4 donc en plus du prix hôtel.com.
