Proximity to restaurants, gas station and CVS with quiet street. Breakfast had decent selection. Exterior well kept. Layout of room efficient and comfortable.

Elevators and area around worn and not clean. Bathroom in room very worn. Scratches inside and outside toilet which initially appeared moldy or dirty. Bathroom floors, baseboards dirty. Back of Bathroom door never wiped, carpeting ragged where it met Bathroom tile. Thermostat read 80 but really low 70's. Turned it off for the night. In the morning it read 88 but probably really 78.
