Garner Hotel Auburn - Seattle by IHG

Breakfast was good. Front desk was helpful

I was booked through booking.com. I got a double queen with accessible tub. When I showed it was one queen with tub. The front desk at first was not going to help me although I showed them I booked a double for a higher price. They said since it was thru a third party they couldn't help. All the emails from booking.com were do not reply. The front desk lady finally gave me the room I booked. The stay was ok until around 11 pm some creep knocked on my hotel room door.

I liked the fact that it was clean and modern. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable.

PThe kitchen staff was rude in the mornings

Nice, tasteful decor. Clean for the most part. Friendly and helpful staff. Near shopping, restaurants, etc.

No hot water, room had a funny smell (as did sheets and pillows) but appeared to be clean, and heating/cooling system is loud (like helicopter)

The hotel was clean and breakfast was great

Lighting could be better especially in the bathroom

I enjoyed the lay out, the customer service (I was overstimulated when I came after traveling a long way, and the staff was very friendly and professional), the location was very family friendly I was concerned at first, it is next to a railroad However, we slept peacefully the entire night Hallways are small but everything else was perfect, so it didn't bother me
