Le parking sécurisé en plein centre-ville. Le petit déjeuner parfait

Le lit avec matelas plein de bosses. La vitre de douche qui n’empêche pas l’eau de couler au sol.

Le confort de la chambre

Qu'il n'y ai plus de place de parking disponible à notre arrivée et que la personne à la réception nous à dit de parquer ou l'on trouverait de la place mais qu'il n'y avait pas beaucoup de place disponible

"Mercure ou ibis ??"

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement en plein centre de Millau, ce qui est vraiment super agréable pour laisser la voiture et tout faire à pied. Point positif aussi pour la grandeur de la chambre familiale avec une vue époustouflante ! Point positif pour le parking malgré le prix/j par contre penser à le réserver à l'avance ! Le personnel a été à l'écoute et plein de patience...

Points négatifs: - la propreté de la chambre ( toiles d'araignées , poussières) - hôtel vieillissant. Un coup de rénovation ou entretien grandement à faire ( ex : le balcon de notre chambre pas entretenu , les plafonds de certaines parties communes... ) - et alors, le point négatif principal ! ... On paye pour un 4 étoiles alors que le Ibis et le Mercure sont mélangés !! Du coup le service s'en ressent grandement !! Coup de chapeau à Mehdi (et j'imagine, ses collègues aussi )le réceptionnaire qui , le pauvre , sans une vraie réception mais une pauvre table avec une pauvre chaise derrière un bout de mur comme si on devait cacher la misère, doit s'occuper de la réception, du bar, des clients, des soucis etc etc TOUT seul sur un weekend de 4j avec un évènement majeur sur Millau !!! On a eu pitié de lui car j'aurai pété une pile à sa place !! Un manque cruel de personnel dont la direction va devoir régler le problème rapidement malheureusement car pas digne d'un 4 étoiles !!
