Everything was an extra charge. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The remote wouldn’t change the tv channels.

Couldn’t get the tv to change channels. No one on the office to help.

Beautiful view of Grand Lake St. Marys, and close to downtown Celina. Very clean and comfortable, will stay here again.

Incredible views, comfy room and good service. We had a very late checkin, almost around midnight but the staff helped us remotely and we still had a seamless checkin

Had to check in earlier than we were ready to settle in because the desk isn't staffed after 8 pm. When we returned to get in our room, not all the lights were working at the outdoor entrances. I was glad I wasn't traveling alone as a woman. But we were there to help our son anf daughter in law after having their second baby. In those instances, I usually am traveling alone. So in future, this would probably not be my hotel of choice. Even just outdoor entrance that we're well lit would have me feeling anxious. For the price, we could have stayed in Wapakonetta and had a more secure location and hot breakfast. I chose this location to be closer to my son's home.
