La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, todo queda muy cerca y no tienes problema en llegar a otros lugares caminando, el personal del motel fue muy amable y agradable, creo que se nota que están intentando mejorar y nos ayudaron todas las veces que lo necesitamos e incluso nos permitieron dejar el auto parqueado en el motel cuando necesitábamos ir a la isla y ya habíamos hecho check out, las habitaciones estaban limpiar y algo renovadas como el lavamanos y el sanitario, había agua caliente y con buena potencia para bañarse, el precio es económico y recibes lo que pagas.

Este lugar no es un hotel es un motel, la clasificación de hotel creo que solo está porque ofrece desayuno y una piscina pero las habitaciones están al aire libre, habían demasiadas arañas en todo el lugar y en las noches no podías caminar tranquilo sin pensar que una araña gigante terminaría en tu cabeza, hay muchas telarañas en los pasillos, no limpian los techos de los pasillos, lo bueno es que no hay arañas en las habitaciones o por lo menos no vi arañas en esa zona, a pesar de que el desayuno es aceptable, debes ir a desayunar muy temprano porque no hacen reposición de alimentos entonces te quedas sin comida si llegas un poco tarde, hay mucho ruido a la hora de dormir, como es un motel llegan personas a toda hora de la noche y madrugada y como las ventanas dan al parqueadero todo se escucha, las paredes son como papel y escuchar todo lo que hace la persona que está en la habitación del lado. Pero como todo, recibes lo que pagas, creo que el motel está buscando mejorar y ofrecer lo mejor de ellos, es un lugar muy económico y si quieres más confort debes pagar más por otro lugar.

Nice place to stay for a few days. The staff is wonderful. There was a happy 20th anniversary sign in the room when we arrived. The bed was very soft, (not my preference) but was still comfy. We stayed in a handicap room, due to my disability. The room was quiet, except for our first night. It sounded like there was someone practicing parkour. The hotel was within walking distance of downtown. The breakfast was mediocre. ( bagels, toast, sausage, waffles, cereal and yogurt) The large containers of peanut butter and cream cheese, was a bit gross. I saw a child lick the knife they used and dip it in the other container. We avoided the breakfast after that due to being on immune suppressants. I do recommend this hotel and will stay here again in the future.

Staff need better customer service skills. Also breakfast was included with the stay, but we ended up going out to eat breakfast. When you have 2 kids that breakfast is important. There wasn't much for breakfast other than coffee and bread.

Refused to check me in due to computor not working. Easier to turn me away then to get support. Could not physically put me in room while making paper check in until technical issue solved

Front desk chick was super friendly, even had good suggestions for food.

Easy check in. The staff that I encountered was friendly. The location was very good. It was pet friendly with access to a large walking area for pets just across the street. Easy access to the highway. The view was okay. It had what we needed. Breakfast had enough options and was good quality and clean. Parking was easy, safe, convenient and close. The air conditioning kept our room very comfortable on a hot day.

One review had said that the cream cheese for the bagels was a big one for everyone to use. It was just opened so I used it but I agree that it wasn’t really all that sanitary. Not enough to say that it affected my stay in any way. The breakfast area was small and didn’t allow much room for multiple people but it was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Nothing, on this budget we could have get much better hotels. It had spiders inside rooms.
