"Exceptional"

Fantastic bed. Sleep very well. Very quiet location. The only one disappointment is a car park. You have to pay for it and can't accommodate car higher than 2 meters. When you have a roof box, must find place on the street, what is almost impossible.

The property is nicely built and it is very clean and you get a great service however the down side is how toiletries are not provided and there is no fridge provided either and also the buffet breakfast needs some improvement as the food could be better and they need more variety.

It was O.K for an overnight stay. The “free parking” information turned out to be wrong. The parking fee is 15 Euros in this hotel. I am glad that they agreed not charging this fee for us. Special thanks to the front desk staff.

location is great as it's only a bus ride to dusseldorf hbf. Very friendly and approachable staff. Room service could be better, not enough space for families. Variety of breakfast is too basic except breakfast for weekends

The ice machine wasn't working the entire week along with the printer that was near the computer. Housekeeping did not come to our room one day which was okay because we were still in the room in the morning before we left to visit the city. Later when my husband asked the front desk for two towels for us he only gave my husband one towel. I then went downstairs to the front desk and he was extremely rude to me, stating that housekeeping had been to our room and were should have towels. It was absolutely ridiculous that i had to argue with the front desk in order to get two towels for showering.
