Pendray Inn and Tea House

Die Lage zum Zentrum ist sehr gut und man kann viel zu Fuss erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr gut unterhalten und man fühlt sich wie in der Zeit zurück versetzt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und sehr lecker.

Leider besteht eine große Baustelle vor dem Hotel und zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung wussten wir das nicht. Es ist etwas laut tagsüber.

Great location on the harbor! Wonderful breakfast with a variety of foods and a whole pot of delicious tea! Very quaint old home with beautiful decor. Staff at check in was very nice. Nice bathroom.

Not enough wait staff at breakfast. They seemed stressed and not very attentive - like having to ask for water glasses to be refilled. We were there to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary but seated with a noisy family instead of other quieter areas. The gardens need some TLC.

The location is amazing. The grounds are gorgeous.

Strict check in time. We arrived at 3:40pm ans had to wait untill 4pm to get the room. No early at all.

We actually stayed in the new Belleville House part of the property. It was simply amazing! The room was so beautiful and comfortable. Having the included breakfast in the Pendray dining room each day was an experience in itself. So much better than one would expect for a complimentary breakfast. I've stayed in many of the Victoria hotels over the years but now I only want to ever stay at the Belleville.

I didn't like having to leave for home. Some design elements at the Belleville will inspire redecorating at home.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wunderschön, es hat einen ganz eigenen Charme. Wir fanden das Turmzimmer traumhaft, leider ist die tolle Aussicht z. Z. durch Bauarbeiten bis 2027 etwas beeinträchtigt. Das Frühstück war super und wurde ganz stilvoll auf einer Etagere serviert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Sehr charmantes im alt-englischen Stil eingerichtetes Hotel. Super toll eingerichtetes Frühstück mit klassischem Teeservice. Die Lage ist klasse, man kann zu Fuß ganz Victoria entdecken. Der angelegte Garten ums Haus ist schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein bei schönem Wetter.

Es gibt keinen Aufzug in dem alten Gebäude für die oberen Etagen, eventuell auch aus Denkmalschutzgründen, nur als Info. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Das Duschen in der kleinen Badewanne ohne Vorhang war etwas beschwerlich.
