Gostei muito do atendimento do dono e também do funcionário, pra mim é uma parte que conta muito, muitos prestativos e trabalhão duro pra os clientes sairem satisfeito, custo benefício tão bom que acabei pegando mas uma diária, todas vez que venho eu fico aqui e só tenho a agradecer a Deus por preparar um quarto disponível, tudo muito limpinho que dá gosto, quarto com ar condicionado e televisão chuveiro água morna

Bem localizado, os funcionários são maravilhosos, valor condizente com as instalações. Limpeza impecável. Voltarei mais vezes.

Senti falta de uma fruta ou suco no café da manhã, que é simples, mas fresquinho e saboroso..

Tiago sempre foi um fofo conosco. Atencioso e prestativo. O hotel Fica próximo às áreas de comércio do Brás.

O melhor custo benefício que eu encontrei, passei somente a virada de 31/12 para 01/01, mas fui muito bem atendido pelo Tiago, a localização é perto de tudo no Brás, apesar de ser simples é muito aconchegante. Café simples, porém saboroso.

El cuarto tenia varios insectos que me atacaron y fue necesario ir a otro cuarto.

The scores of the hotel are fake. The images and the description in internet are Ok, but the reality is other, they are liers. For instance, they mention in booking that the breakfast is included, but it is not true. There is not a restaurant only a small private ktichen and they only offer you a small bread with eggs if you insist and you need it it in your room. The staff is terrible and frequently the only guy in the reception disappears by 1 or more hours and the guess cannot leave (it is very dangerous if a fire occurs because the only exit is closet with a metalic door). Finally, during the check in I was forced to pay again the stay because they hotek system did not received the payment conformation by Booking. So, this is unacceptable, scam. So, I do not recomment this terrible hotel. It should be closed

Quarto arejado. Ar condicionado perfeito. Tv, frigobar. Atendimento excelente.

Quarto minúsculo. Banheiro muito longe do quarto
