Best Western Premier Incheon Airport Hotel

Nothing, the location, the area and everything about it was unsuitable.

The beds were terrible and the room had dark carpet that was dirty. The hallway leading to the room was dark and dingy. I would not recommend it to my enemy. It's disgusting!

Further from airport than expected

De shuttlebus brengt je netjes heen, alleen rijdt niet heel vaak waardoor wij een uur moesten wachten, maar gelukkig heeft het vliegveld voldoende te doen. We kregen alleen een lamp niet uit en hebben daarom met licht aan moeten slapen. De airco was goed aan het blazen en je hebt veel ruimte om je koffers nog even te herpakken.

The included shuttle in hotel is appreciated. It is included in the service and very convenient to take from the airport or to the airport. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food and also the breakfast is very, veeery delicious! The staff is very kind and they speak English.
