Friendly staff and clean room

The breakfast. A hard mini bagel with idk what was on it but sign said eggs,bagels with 3 pieces of egg is not eggs and when we booked we were hoping for a hot breakfast. Bacon was lukewarm so for microwave bacon it didn't taste the best. Disappointed in what you call hot breakfast

Extremely convenient location right off I-94 exit with gas station and two restaurants next door. Was still a pleasant area, not just parking lots and streets.

No biscuits on breakfast.... but eggs/ omelettes were quite good!

Booked the room - even paid extra for the “king suite” advertised with pictures of a whirlpool tub in the room! I couldn’t wait to surprise my husband on our 15th anniversary since it was the same kind of room we stayed in for our “honeymoon”. When I checked in and went to the room there was no whirlpool. I was told sorry but those pictures have not been updated on the website we have no rooms with whirlpools. But yet I paid EXTRA for that specific reason! Felt like i should have been refunded since my whole surprise was ruined!

"Third-Rate Experience at Best"

This was the sixth Hampton Inn we've stayed across the country in over the past 60 days. It was by far the most expensive. There were many shortcomings: - no proper desk and chair for computer usage. - terrible TV channel selection - could not watch a nationally televised baseball playoff game, even though it featured a Michigan team. - by far the worst breakfast among the six Hamptons we stayed in. - had to pay for bottled water (was free at the others). Very doubtful we'll stay here again, and the negative experience calls into question our making future reservations at Hamptons.
