The hot tub was colder than the pool. And the 3 times I went to the front desk with questions there was no one around. I ended up calling the hotel and got an answer.

Unfortunately it appears there was black mold in bathroom shower ceiling and near window in main area. Also one of the beds was like a teeter-totter. Otherwise it was a good stay.

"Nice stay in Waupaca!!"

We had a really nice overnight stay here! We were in the area visiting family and have two little kids, so having the pool and the little water features was awesome!! Our kids loved the shallow kiddie pool and our older daughter loved playing basketball in the bigger pool. The breakfast was good, nothing fancy but just what we needed to get everyone fed and happy before we hit the road in the morning. I will say that the front desk worker could have been friendlier when I checked in, but the process was incredibly quick and easy so I can not complain! I was a little worried when we were given the first room on the first floor, right next to the conference room and right outside of the lobby, but we had no problem with noise and slept great. Overall I very much recommend!

"okay place/stay"

The hotel was busy and was noisy throughout although overall okay. It's not as clean and well maintained as it used to be, although still costs a lot to stay.
