Pro Active Guest House

When I get there there receptionist gave us attitude when we enquire about the room we saw on the internet. We end up paying extra for the room we thought we booked 🤧. Her attitude is a cut 👎🏾

Had a great stay with my family. The place was amazing, clean and so refreshing. I slept like a baby

Nothing

I prefer the fact that you have your own entrance to your room (you don't need to go through a house). The room is a good size with a king-size bed and also had a working aircon.

The parking is minimal, there was no bath, I don't feel that the bedding was sufficient and I would make use of the towels provided.

The location is excellent, the room was very clean. The staff is friendly and communicates well, they are also very accommodating should you require flexible check-in. Parking is safe, and you have your own gate remote to avoid inconvenience.

Would have appreciated better quality linen and towels. Also for a double room there should be 2 sets of towels. The rooms are quite close to the wall and sadly the neighbours are very loud in the mornings.

Everything was great about the property Quiet location the room was great also

When we got there the water was cold apparently geyser was not on . But after it was switched on we had hot water
