"Lo esperaba mejor"

El personal muy amable

No dejaron toallas en el baño, ni papel higiénico o jabón. En la mañana el servicio hace muchísimo ruido y sólo tienen ventilador en las habitaciones, así que el calor no es muy tolerable

"Poor cleanliness"

The location was in the middle of the center of town. Lots of stores, shops, and restaurants. Close to the cathedral and town square. The bed was comfortable. The architecture colonial like an hacienda.

It lacked cleanliness. The towels were old and torn. The lighting was poor. The ceiling fan's light didn't turn on. The only light is a small lamp on the bed stand. The curtain fell of the rail when it was pulled open. There is no air conditioning. The TVs volume couldn't be adjusted. It was too high, so we didn't watch it.
