Rodeway Inn Lexington West

Passing through and close to interstate. It was clean and had friendly staff. Worked out fine for me. Included a simple breakfast and had a TV. In spite of being older, for the price it was adequate. Checking in was easy as was checking out.

Spent two nights in Lexington, TN for a family member memorial service. Motel very inexpensive but very clean rooms, comfortable bedding, no issues at all. Would absolutly stay here again without any hesitation. Not much of a continental breakfast, but great breakfast across from motel.

The place is older but clean. The staff friendly. Check in was a little confusing adn check out had us in the incorrect room, but we got that worked out without paying twice which is what the desk clerk / owner attempted. The breakfast was very poor. No decaf coffee or tea. Not a good environment for breakfast. OK for the price as it was only 67 with taxes.

My wife and I were passing through on our way home. The good news is that the room was inexpensive, clean and pretty. The bad news is that the wifi was out, the room phone was out, and the heater didn't have a working thermostat so no automatic temperature control.

Stayed here for two nights although at first glance it may look old, the rooms were very large and clean, with a great comfortable King Size Bed, with Fridge and Microwave in the room, two chairs to relax in and a work station for computer work. Bathroom and shower were great. Only a couple of issues, was that it took around 40 minutes to get my payment by Credit Card completed, but Bob Patel the owner got it sorted, as for breakfast pretty basic and the coffee was the weakest I have ever had in the USA, but I will still give this place an excellent based on value money. I will stay here again when next in town. The wifi was excellent and much better than I had in a hotel twice the price in Memphis the night before.

We had to stop on our way to Nashville and this was a great choice! Nice, comfortable and cost efficient. I recommend you stay here if you are on Lexington, TN. Refrigerator, microwave and TV in room. Four cup coffee pot was a plus! Continental breakfast also provided.

This would be 2 star because the building is older, it is 1 level park in front of your door motel type. But the room was very clean and comfortable. It had a fridge and microwave. Inside I would give it 4 stars. I would stay here again. Plus you can't beat the price rate. I've stayed at another place not too far and paid more and received nothing better.

Booked through Choice hotels. Could not find another hotel in Lexington with room available. Only smoking room was available. Maybe non-smoking room would be better. Very friendly worker offered air freshener before I entered room. He also brought us a brand new bed spread. However room smelled. Didn't see any living bugs, just a dead one. I was afraid to sit in chair for long, and didn't want to unpack. Shower curtain dirty. Dust on lamp. Thought about staying 1 of 2 nights booked, but couldn't stay in room more than an hour. Found a much more expensive room in Jackson. Wish I would have read reviews. Thought "Choice" hotels would have to be decent. Coke machine was broken. Nice worker brought us 2 Cokes that were not cold for .75 a piece. TV was fine. I will never book a hotel without reading reviews again. Just couldn't believe I could book a hotel and not be able to stay there. Bates motel might be safer. $131 for 2 nights. Hate to complain, as worker was so nice..... Don't think anything can improve this place- except demolition and starting over.

And I don't scare easily. I'm still scratching at the bed bug bites after a week. Had to listen to the drip from the tub, however I finally learned to put a towel under the faucet. I wouldn't even try and steal the TV, that's how old it was. Could of had a better death at a Goodwill auction.

I first stayed here in June, 2014 for a week, then every month for a night or two since. The rooms are clean, quiet and safe. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Pets are allowed for an additional fee which is awesome if you need to bring your pet along. They have guest laundry facilities that are less expensive than the laundromat down the road; a feature that came in handy when I was here for a week. I have stayed at another hotel in town and recommend the EconoLodge. Next door is a diner that serves great a breakfast, the staff there are also very friendly. Lexington is a nice town - people are friendly and helpful.
