"Para familia con personas de tercera edad es un poco difícil"

Muy amable el personal. Y disponen de un chico que nos ayudó a subir parte de las maletas

Que nos ubicaron en el 5 piso y no había ascensores.Del mismo modo había problemas con el teléfono para comunicarse con la recepción.

Cinco pisos sin ascensor, me dieron habitaciòn en el cuarto piso. No me dieron contraseña de wifi, baño muy estrecha la zona de lavamanos y water, si vaso,, sin toalla para los pies ..... . la nevera de la habitaciòn vacìa
