The property was very clean and well kept. The staff was very helpful and nice. One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at.
My wife and I staid in a king suite with the jacuzzi tub. It was very clean and spacious. The only thing that I had a problem with was the tub. It constantly drained so we had to have the water running if we wanted to be in it. The jets and the faucet running made it hard to relax because of how loud the combination of the two noises were. Other than that, it was a great room and the hotel was very nice. Continental breakfast was a bit of a letdown. We were both looking forward to it but they didn’t have any eggs. They offered sausage gravy and biscuits which my wife doesn’t like at all and I’m not a huge fan of. But that wasn’t a huge deal for us since we were checking out shortly after and there was a Dunkin right down the road.
Beautiful property with nice, clean rooms. Would definitely return and recommend to those looking for a place to stay close to the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown

Hotel was perfect for me and 3 sons
We stayed here for a visit to the Baseball Hall of Fame, which is about a 10 minute drive. Being the offseason, the hotel wasn’t crowded nor was the downtown. The hotel itself appears new. Very new. Everything was spotless. The staff was very friendly and the buffet breakfast was a nice touch. We had a 9:00 AM ticket for the hall so it saved us time. Honestly nothing negative at all I can say about this hotel and I’m glad I booked it.
WANT A NOISEY HOTEL ! This one is for you !!! Screaming in Spanish and other languages is constant ! And slamming doors !! And it’s the staff. We had our room door just swing open with zero knock and it’s Two Maintenance Guys - my wife was napping and I was on a Zoom meeting. They waved ! Apologized and then one of them pops into my bathroom to check something and they Both depart without saying why they were here !!!!
