DORMERO Hotel Bretten

Room was clean and the beds are nice. WIFi is okay but not always stable. Location is awesome if you want to visit the centre of Bretten. The person during check-in was super friendly even though he had some challenge due to software issues. Parking next door. Price is okay just you will need to drive against traffic when you have a bigger SUV otherwise the turn before exit might be a challenge.

At check-in there was trouble with their check-in software which made us decide to check-in much later after waiting more then 15 minutes. Not such a issue because we had other plans. The guy behind the reception was super friendly even with the challenge he had. He had to process all the check-ins manual during prime time. The first real trouble started with the TV remote not working. Even after mentioning for 2 nights and several promises by staff this was not solved. Eventually the last night of our stay we got a new remote after asking again at the reception. Also they did not clean our room at any moment during our stay which was weird because we did notice other rooms got cleaned on the same floor. The hallway is very noisy on the 2nd floor. Definitely the doors are not soundproof. The room was also quite warm. Heating was off but no AC. So could only drop the temperature by opening the windows which are accessible outside from the ground floor. The worst what happened was when they suddenly asked us to pay for breakfast for the 2nd day while during check-in us was told it was included. Due to the fact the first day I tried to pay cash for the parking and was told they don't accept cash I became very suspicious when the lady asked me to pay direclty in cash for the breakfast. When I pointed her to the fact that the reception told be me they don't accept cash and I do not have any cash with me she told me she would put it on the bill. Due to this we did not dare to have breakfast the last day of our stay and went outside to have breakfast. At check-out when asked if all was fine or bills needed still to be be paid they said no extra payment was needed and all was included. Last but not least. Never stress to your staff at the receptions when guests are waiting even though your are stressed. Really makes a bad impression.

Das Zimmer und das Bett Minibar war in Ordnung

Reinigung und Hygiene waren nicht gut Es wurde nicht gesäubert und auch toilette war bei der Ankunft nicht sauber, die wand war beschädigt und es hat gestunken Das LED licht funktionierte auch nicht und war defekt personal war auch unfreundlich zimmer 423

Liegt in der Nähe der Innenstadt und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Minibar ist gratis.

Ist sehr verwinkelt und etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Betten sehr bequem Frühstück sehr üppig, Riesen- Auswahl Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und äußerst zuvorkommend

Bereits die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich, man fühlte sich willkommen. Getränke aus der Minibar im Zimmer und am Kaffeeautomat in der Lobby waren kostenlos. Die Zimmer waren sauber und modern eingerichtet mit übergroßem TV. Das Bett fand ich persönlich sehr bequem und gemütlich. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, nach wenigen Schritten war man am historischen Marktplatz mit gemütlichen Cafés und Restaurants. Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht, daher kann ich die Qualität nicht beurteilen, der besichtigte Frühstücksraum sah jedoch sehr modern und gemütlich aus.

Teppichboden ist nicht mehr unbedingt zeitgemäß, war aber sauber.
