Grand Cayman Marriott Resort

Lovely hotel with very nice staff, beautiful bedroom. Great sushi bar and enjoyed Anchor and Den restaurant.

It’s a shame there is no beach, thought the Veranda restaurant lacked atmosphere. There should be a fun outdoor bar with live music. The cocktails served by the pool were overpriced - compared to the Westin , they are small with not much alcohol in them.

My trip was amazing. The hotel was wonderful. It was very clean and the staff were more than attentive and accommodating.! I was able to interact with a few associates that made my stay pleasant and meaningful! Mirna Trey at the pool and talking about Cayman Island and where to visit! Kerena and Dehemah at breakfast! Dina and Minu serving ice cream and dodging those pesky mosquitoes while telling me about came in and there journey from Philippines! I will definitely be back just from having those memorable experiences with your team! I’ve been a Marriott Bonvoy member since 2006 they all made me realize why I continue to enjoy being a member!

We have just got back from Sunday Brunch at Marriott, Grand Cayman. We took the Champagne option, the food and service was excellent. Dan, our server from Indonesia, was great and extremely efficient.

I stayed here for 10 days. This was a good hotel and I was provided with an additional small table and chair to enable me to use my laptop comfortably. The lack of a suitable desk was therefore resolved by the management. Staff throughout were exceptionally helpful and friendly. For example, the house keeper, Naomi, was very kind and managed to clean my room when I was out very efficiently. The reception, bar and restaurant staff were as friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts were good and weekend buffets were exceptional. The pool was adequate for cooling off. The location was good and very close to two local restaurants that are worth a visit: Peppers and Coconut Jo’s

I had an amazing experience at the Marriott. I must mention Ravi, Jayden and Osiris who all looked after me extremely well and who are true professionals at their jobs.

Expensive room service $600.00 dollars for 2 hamburgers and 3 bottles of water. Travel there due to family emergency. Actually helath services on the island are expensive too , and poor knowledge and service.

Just came from spending 4 days at this resort. Wonderful stay and had the most relaxing time I have had on a vacation in a while. First off, key to this place is relaxing! If you are looking for a party resort, this is not it!! Even the DJ that visits plays relaxing tunes only lol! The rooms are nice and comfy! Restaurant is adequate, we had a rental car so we ventured out to eat for almost all meals. Now let’s get to the best part of this place is the staff! They work so hard and are so friendly! I was so sad leaving as I thought how much I’m going to miss their friendly faces. Thank you to Jaydon, Nina, our bartender (sorry I forgot his name but he is Italian) and most of all Dre!! He was my favorite! Opens the door with a smile and welcome home and he remembered us daily and inquired how we were. Please give his man a raise! Absolutely wonderful! We used the pool almost daily which my kids enjoyed. Downside no beach at this resort but the beach was pretty close by. Until next time thank you for a wonderful stay!

Bad experience with filthy room. Was told best room on property. I would hate to see what other rooms looked like. Place was so dirty. Floors had hairs and makeup and dirt stains, countertops had rings of goo, toilet actually had feces on outside of toilet, carpets stained, balcony had lots of ants, phone did not work, wallpaper peeling, etc. Our sheets were not clean as they had stains. I checked the day after and still not changed! Really gross and disappointing when paying over 350 a night for an anniversary trip. Never again. Management still hasn’t done anything except give us a cheaper continental breakfast which was supposed to be in room rate and gave us a bowl of fruit with a few apples and grapes. Unreal considering our overall experience with room and interrogation at check in regarding breakfast.

I had an amazing stay. The staffs were all so nice and friendly. The resort was amazing with all the amenities and activities on site ! Extra shout out to Adi who made pool experience so amazing for my birthday! He’s the best go check him out at the pool and Diego and Milton help with all my water activities . They are the best !. 10/10 stay definitely will be back

I love the Grand Cayman Marriott. They made me feel so special. They know it was my birthday. Everyone kept telling me happy birthday special birthday treats for my room for my dinner. It was absolutely amazing. The hotel is beautiful. All the accommodations are very nice. All the recommendations are truthful And they have excellent amenities. You’ll be happy here.
