"BADDDDD!"

My wife Gloria Acosta, got very ill. The night before was not able to make it. She had all information. I had reservation number but no pin. They would not give me a room, could not get ahold of Gloria in time to get all information. I wasted a $138 for nothing could not stay there. They wouldn't help me. Very very badd rating

NOTHING AT ALL VERY VERY BADD RATING GIRL AT FRONT DESK VERY RUDE WOULD NOT HELP ME WITH NOTHING! SLEPT IN MY TRUCK IN PARKING LOT AT VENUE WHERE I PERFORMED THAT NIGHT. BACK SEAT OF MY TRUCK.

"Is was ok."

A very unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom was very uncomfortable. The hand and body dispenser was empty and ended up bathing with just water.

"Awful. Minus 10"

Nothing. It doesn’t desire any franchise having worked in the hotel industry.

Internet was non-existent. And 5 minutes before checking out after repeated conversations about internet problems with the front desk, I got an email about how to get into Wyndham’s high-speed internet tet yet no one gave be any code and/ir log-in. Unconscionable.

"This place was not for us"

The bathroom was large and very nice, but the room itself was too small. There was nowhere to hang clothing or jackets and very little space to set things. There was no facial tissue--such a simple amenity. TV station choices were poor.

"I usually book through booking ( for points. ) Never have I had a problem. We book Ed 2 rooms. All 4 of us are over 70"

Close to freeway. Clean comfortable

At first receptionist was not friendly. Walked in no greetings no smile. I told her we had a reservation. It was 1:00 and she said we can't check in till 3. I was fine with that. She looked it up and said I really don't have a RSVP because I havent paid it. I said it gave me the option of paying at motel. She said that's what happens when we book with someone else. Long story short we left and told her we'll come back at 3.

Rooms were Super small, tv was so small my cell phone screen was almost as large! Shower was super small and was dirty!

Clean, good location, price fairly reasonable.

Rooms small. Bed right up against ac. TV had static picture. Bed and pillow very firm. Hard to sleep on
