Super 8 by Wyndham Page/Lake Powell

Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Wyndham Super 8 in Arizona. This hotel should honestly be ashamed of itself. I have traveled a lot and this is by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had in the United States. The entire property is extremely outdated, neglected, and poorly maintained. The toilet seat had chunks missing out of it, the carpet was filthy with pieces literally torn out, there were holes in the curtains, scratches and damage everywhere, broken furniture, damaged cabinets, and worn-out interiors throughout the entire room. Even the furniture in the lobby looked dirty and abused. Multiple facilities advertised were either broken or simply not working: * Ice machine broken * Vending machine broken * Laundry/dryer equipment broken * Iron missing from the room despite being listed We had to ask THREE TIMES just to get an iron the next morning. The biggest joke of all was the swimming pool. We specifically booked this hotel because of the pool, only to arrive and find a sign saying the pool is closed “all year due to bad weather.” Bad weather? This is Arizona. It’s 30–40°C outside with nonstop sunshine. Let’s be honest: this has absolutely nothing to do with weather and everything to do with avoiding maintenance costs. The air conditioning was another disaster. It made loud constant buzzing noises all night long. The room became freezing cold, yet the system still somehow felt broken and uncomfortable. What made everything even worse was the attitude of the staff at reception. No welcome, no friendliness, no hospitality whatsoever. Arrogant behavior from the moment we arrived. No explanation, no assistance, not even basic customer service. The sad part is that even employees themselves admitted they have been asking management for improvements for 6–7 years and nothing changes. This hotel is located on a major tourist route near places like Antelope Canyon, Monument Valley, and Zion National Park.

Clean, comfortable and good value for money. Would visit again.

I didn’t dislike a single thing. All good!

Czysta pościel i ręczniki , ale poza tym brudna stara wykładzina , poplamione zasłony itd nie czułam się komfortowo. Hotel wymaga odświeżenia . Śniadania jak na amerykańskie ok. Personel taki obojętny . Na 1 noc w podróży żeby przenocować ok .

Hotel potrzebuje odświeżenia zdecydowanie.
