"Disappointed"

Convenient, generally comfortable.

Loud kids in the hallways after 10p.m. did not seem to be under adult supervision. Never want to stay here when large number of children present.

"Usually I like staying here but when I stayed over the weekend it wasn’t the best."

I like that Stephanie was polite and helpful.

My room was a little dirty and the lighting was terrible. I also had scratches on the wall. One of the bed blankets had stains on it.

Guests outside shooting off fireworks and playing loud music. Very inconsiderate since the hotel is pet friendly. Some animals are very frightened of loud noises.
