"Excellent"

The carpet in my room was filthy. Otherwise, the furniture and room looked like it had been newly redone. The staff was friendly and very helpful. One member of the staff saw me stuggling to get into my room from far down the hall and came to help me.

"Try to avoid "

The hotel is outdated, and smelled horribly of smoke. Not all rooms are smoke-free. It is located on a busy toad right next to a railroad track. We stayed only because we were exhausted and could t make it to a bigger Coty.

We had a king suite in the front of the hotel and found it to be VERY roomy for our needs. The Best Value Inn is not a new establishment but has been well maintained over the years. Our room was clean with amenities that enhanced our stay. As an added bonus, it is situated next to Torrington's best family-style restaurant (breakfast, lunch, dinner) so great food is an easy stroll from the hotel.

"Good 1 night stay "

Great stop over on our way to South Dakota. The room was comfortable and the staff was nice. Our daughter enjoyed the pool.
