The staff were phenomenal. The young woman at check in was amazing. The rooms were clean. Housekeeping was in every day of our stay without having to request it. One of the beds was soft on one side and would create a dip in the mattress when you sat on it. The other bed was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate and offered multiple options. The pool was clean with plenty of towels.

Customers played extremely loud music from 10 to at least midnight. So loud the 2nd floor shook. To top it off the air conditioner was super loud. Sounded like it was falling apart. And not that it was the hotels fault but someone microwaved food and stunk up the entire 2nd floor. Horrible stay for me. Got zero sleep. On a positive note, good water pressure and walking distance to activities.

The property is not pet friendly; Also, the ac unit was too noisy all night and the bathroom is poorly maintained!

The staff were very professional, helpful, and courteous. I would recommend to others, and If I visit Destin again, Wingate at Wyndham is definitely a possibility, and the breakfast was excellent.
