"Fait le job mais peut mieux faire"

La station de métro Jean Jaurès est au pied de l’hôtel et il est très pratique de pouvoir se stationner dans le parking sécurisé (payant). Literie nickel. Personnel très sympathique.

La chambre était assez vétuste dans l’ensemble et il y avait de fortes odeurs de canalisations venant de la cuisine.

Personnel très agréable

Comme le plupart des appart city ça mérite une sacrée rénovation ! Une direction sans doute radine et proche du bénéfice ! Manque d'entretien global des meubles et électroménagers.

"Hôtel confortable et agréable"

Bien placé, bien propre et spacieux. Le personnel à qui on a eu affaire pour le check in et le check out est poli et aimable. On n’a pas été dérangé par le bruit. C’est un hôtel agréable.

Le petit déjeuner est un bémol : le personnel du matin n’explique rien. Pas de sel, pas de salade de fruits, pas de toaster. Beaucoup moins de choix que dans d’autres hôtels.
