Everything the people were rude sheets were dirty rooms stunk it was just a terrible experience.

It was 37 degrees Far. Sunday night. The heater was not heating - the front desk lady said it would take 40 minutes to heat - this was about 9:40 pm. That never happened - it was late and we were tired and both older seniors in late 60’s and 80’s. We nearly froze and did not sleep. When we realized the Heater was not working it was 2 am. We were not going Out at that time to ask. I had already tried to get a different room when we arrived and she told us nothing was available. I really would like a complete refund for this horrendous experience. The woman seemed unconcerned about pot situation. Why does booking.com have this hotel listed ?

The lady that checked me in was very friendly and helpful! She gave me a room so that I could keep an eye on my vehicle. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the parking area was very well lit. I liked having the three pillows on the bed.
