Osobe koje upravljaju ovim apartmanom , obzirom da se radi o agenciji, su u najmanju ruku receno neprofesionalni! Nikakve informacije nismo dobili, na upite koje smo poslali pitanje nismo odgovore dobili. Apartman je poprilicno zapusten, cistoca tu i tamo. Haustor je star, zapusten i prljav. Molili smo za ulazak sat vremena ranije jer sa nama je bila beba, nisu nam omogucili, cak i kada je doslo vrijeme check in-a sifru smo cekali i morali vise puta traziti! Ne bih ponovila nikad smjestaj

I booked this apartment at 7 PM on the same day and received confirmation that everything was set for my check-in. After driving 400 kilometers from Split, I informed the hosts that I would be arriving by midnight. Despite multiple messages and calls to all the provided contact numbers between 7 PM and midnight—including calls made by people on the street who were trying to help—I did not receive the code for the lockbox until 1 AM. By that point, I was already considering looking for another hotel. Not a single manager apologized for the inconvenience, stress, or delay. While the apartment itself is in good condition and located in a great area, the management lacks basic professionalism, ethics, and responsibility. I would only recommend this apartment if you can ensure ahead of time that all access details are sent to you well in advance.
