Modern Apartment Near Zrinjevac and Train Station

Fuimos 2 adultos y 2 niños, para el bebé nos pusieron una una cuna sin colchón, con la tabla y una sábana bajera. Para el niño no nos abrieron el sofá cama y tampoco había sábanas por lo que tuvo que dormir con nosotros en una cama de 1, 50 m. Cobran las 4 personas pero parece que duermen 2 y medio. Para hacer el check in muchísimos problemas con el envío de documentación. Portal en ruinas. No volvería.

Das Bettsofa ist eine Zumutung, es ist total kaputt und unbrauchbar. Das hat jemand schon vor einem Jahr geschrieben, aber es wurde nichts geändert. Das Appartement ist für 4 Personen so absolut ungeeignet. Zudem war es dreckig, im Kühlschrank lag noch Gemüse von den Vorgängern, der Tisch war klebrig, im Bad ist alles überschwemmt, weil der Abfluss undicht ist. Das Treppenhaus ist eine Müllhalde. Ich weiss nicht, wie diese guten Bewertungen zustande kommen. Nie wieder Flok!

Very nice and specious apartment, close to the center and the park. In the apartment you have all required amenities from 2 coffee machines,pots and kitchen utensils to many more. Very quiet apartment. We stayed there comfortable with a toddler. Nearby there is a parking with very affordable price. The entrance to the buidling it may detterent to some,but for us it just give a propper old-school vibe of the eastern europe.

The flat at the end of the corridor was being dismantled and there was dust and noise throughout the building for the duration of the stay. We were not informed this was happening otherwise we would have stayed elsewhere. When we got in touch with the management company they were dismissive and defensive about this and offered nothing in the way of compensation. It was a stressful week. The flat itself is very small.

Appartamento grande e molto silenzioso. Self check in facile. Struttura pulita e bagno comodo. Cucina attrezzata. Un po' difficile trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze e comunque a pagamento (zona rossa 1) €13.50 al giorno. Avrei dato un punteggio più alto se non fosse che ho prenotato per tre ma ci era solo il letto matrimoniale preparato. Abbiamo dovuto aprire noi il divano letto e non c era il lenzuolo per il terzo letto. L entrata del palazzo è un po' fatiscente ma non mi è sembrato per niente pericoloso pur nelle vicinanze della stazione

The property was relatively clean. It’s not too far away from the main bits (around 10-15 min walk to the shops like Zara etc and 15-20 minutes to st marks square etc) and was good value for the price we paid. The Flok team replied quickly to any queries we had.

The main let down for the stay was the building the apartment was in. Whilst the apartment itself was nice enough, the building looked very dodgy. We arrived in the evening and there was no lights in the entrance hall so we had to use our phone torches to get up the stairs to the apartment. You could tell it hadn’t been maintained in a while, there were exposed pipes and broken doors, and it was quite rough looking in general.
