Das Frühstück war umfangreich auch in den Stosszeiten war immer alles da!!! Auf zack 😍 Zimmer super groß und die Aussicht war der Hammer. Lage super! Gym war Top und danach in den Pool einfach super. Kommen gerne wieder

We loved the friendly and service-minded personnel, always ready to assist and answer any questions. We had a great experience from the moment we arrived thanks to the staff 😊 This reminded me of another positive experience I had around 2009 (?) at a Prince Hotel in Tokyo.

We struggled a bit with the noise from the traffic, with the constant honking while we slept, but I suspect that's a common issue for the hotels along the waterfront. Unsure if there's anything more the hotel could've done structurally as far as noise isolation goes.

Staff, location and swimming pool.

Breakfast range was good enough

Room should have iron and ironing board and luggage bag tray without asking

Staff were less competent. Very slow in processing things

Erstes mal 5 Sterne Hotel. War alles super

The staff was amazing... Massage, spa and swimming pool are very good... I recommend for families and couples..... I wish to come again
