Prince Hotel Da Nang

Hotel jest bardzo ładnie położony, od plaży dzieli go ulica. Widok z balkonu na 17 piętrze na plażę był cudowny. Z balkonu widać też było półwysep Son Tra i Lady Buddę. Wieczorami Da Nang rozświetlał się tysiącem świateł i to wszystko można było oglądać z balkonu. Pokój był odpowiedniej wielkości, ładnie urządzony. Łóżka były bardzo wygodne. Bardzo duża łazienka. Pokoje były sprzątane codziennie. W pokoju była stacja uzdatniania wody, co nie zdarza się często w innych hotelach. Na powitanie, w pokoju był przygotowany talerz z owocami, co stanowiło miłą niespodziankę. Na łóżku siedziały dwa słoniki zrobione z ręczników :) Bardzo blisko hotelu było kilka sklepów i liczne restauracje. Przed hotelem zawsze stały taksówki chętne do zawiezienia turystów na wycieczkę. A w okolicy jest mnóstwo miejsc do zwiedzania. Śniadania były pyszne. Można było zjeść dania europejskie i lokalne. Pracownicy recepcji niezwykle mili i pomocni. Bardzo nam pomogli w trudnej sytuacji, jaka nas spotkała podczas check in.

Booked into their 3 room suite, and i guess they paid us alot of special attention with fresh fruits and cakes almost everyday. room was cleaned everyday, they remember us during breakfast and those lobby interactions. room and hotel was clean and immaculate, very accomodative when we keep asking them for their wonderful skin lotions. they have a good number of staff who are fluent in English, so we didn't stay in awkward situations for long because they get "reinforced" quickly.

i am a weird person, so the only thing that I can complain about, is their showers is all hot water. personally i only shower with cold water, and more so when danang is blisteringly hot, and their showers is basically little hot to scaldingly hot. but i don't think anyone else cares but since it asked this is my only gripe.

Pool is undercover which makes it a bit too cold for a swim even when it’s HOT .

My friends and I stayed here for 5 days and had the best experience! The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make us feel at home and taken care of. The hotel itself was fantastic, we had the deluxe room with a city view and lovely balcony. We had breakfast everyday at the hotel restaurant, which was buffet style and everything you can possibly want for breakfast with an amazing coffee station. The rooftop bar was excellent! We had dinner there a couple of nights andthey had freshest seafood, amazing cocktails and the staff was attentive and truly wanted to make you have a special experience. I also had a Thai massage that left me feeling looser and ready to take a nap! Overall, this was one of the best hotels I've stayed in and will definitely stay there again if I find myself in Da Nang again. Special shout out to all the staff especially Hung, Thanh, Anh, Quoc, Quyen, Phu'ong, Thuong, Yen, Hao, Viet, Teong. My friends and I look forward to coming back and seeing you all again!

Nothing, everything was great!

I had a very positive (2nd) stay at Prince Hotel Da Nang. The facilities were impeccable, and I made good use of the gym, steam room and pool, all of which were well maintained and high quality. The executive room sea view room was outstanding, with genuinely impressive views. Breakfast offered a wide selection, and the overall quality of the food was very good. Overall, a great stay with excellent facilities and service. For future visits, I would prefer to pay in advance to avoid any delays on arrival.

The only issue I experienced was during check-in. None of my cards were initially accepted, which was quite stressful and unexpected, especially as they had worked elsewhere at similar hotels in Vietnam. The team eventually resolved this by using an older payment machine, but the process felt unnecessary and could be improved.

The staff was nice. The room was great and clean. Gym was very nice.

The pool and pool area is under roof on 5th floor, it's very dark, never has sun and does not look at all like the pictures on Booking. The glass fence in the pool area looks foggy because it's dirty, same with the glas fence on the roof bar. Could easily have been much more cozy with some nice lights and cleaning. There is an area in front of the hotel with a pool that looks like it was once nice, but it's closed off. We ended up paying 200.000vnd per day to use the pool on the beach in front of the hotel next door. The sky bar served drinks and cocktails, but not at all of the quality you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Gin tonic, piña colada and all other drinks we had was from the same glas with minimum effort. Ordered the same drinks at Peninsula 2 hotels down the street and they were great.

Clean, nice staff, nice sauna

Not picture friendly glass on the pool area. Dirty, should have been cleaned. Same with the rooftop bar. Drinks made with no effort. Our group ordered different cocktails and all got cocktails in same basic glass with no added decorations. Went to the neighbor hotel the night after and drinks were great!
