A fabulous luxury hotel, totally perfect. The staff great, personable and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable and the pool area fab. Restaurant and bar both great - happy hour was a real treat. Franklin and Tony gave exceptional service

It’s the ideal balance—close enough to the vibrant energy of the town, yet tucked away in a peaceful enclave that feels incredibly safe at all hours. The Aesthetic: Stunning Design Yes, the hotel is beautiful. The design is chic, sophisticated, and captures the essence of modern Cambodia perfectly. But honestly? The "hardware" is only half the story. The Heart of the Hotel: An Unrivaled Team What makes this place truly superior isn't the decor—it's the people. From the moment I arrived, the receptionists and the entire staff treated me with a level of genuine warmth that you simply cannot "train." They don't just provide service; they provide hospitality from the heart. My Best Advice: Let Them Handle Everything Don’t waste your precious time in this extraordinary city trying to outsource your tours or transportation to save a few dollars. We let the hotel arrange our airport transfers, our journey into Angkor Wat, and several other excursions. The Quality: Exceptional. The Vibe: Professional yet incredibly friendly.
