Stay was nice staff friendly. However the sofa bed did not receive quality bedding. This was very disappointing.
It’s a place like Home. The managers on duty are always making sure All costumers are well taken care off!

Too far from breakfast area. Our area smelled like weed. I think it was for customers with dogs. AC was very noisy.

I was told I had to pay extra to check in before 11 AM and I was in town for business. So I could not wait until 11 to check in. When I did pay the extra money to check in, the employee did not give me back my drivers license, and I did not notice, because I was handed several things. When I got back to the hotel, after concluding my business at 4 o’clock, the room phone rang, and I was informed that my ID was at the front desk. Had I been stopped by the police for any reason I would’ve not been able to provide ID. The overall condition of the building was slightly rundown and the bathroom was sorely in need of an update.
Paying to Park - Pathetic! This is a hotel on a freeway not in a central downtown or resort area. Charging extra for parking is a blatant money grab and not something I have seen before in an outlying location.
When did you have to pay to park at Residence Inn
The facilty was ok. Staff was very friendly but we had 3 false alarms going on in early morning including my room at 5 am. We were not offered sny compensation.
