Very nice property but it is located near a homeless shelter with lots of people loitering nearby and living under the freeway across the street. Felt dangerous.
Property might be very well located, but the facilities are tired and worn. We requested maid service for each day of our 3 night stay, but there was never any service. So, we had to get clean towels from the front desk ourselves and the front desk acknowledged that their cleaning service should have been following through.

We went for a wedding and it was a great location. Not downtown in all the action, but out a bit with more quiet. We were still close to shopping and food and took Uber when needed.
Multiple exterior doors in the complex and one of two elevators in my building were out of service the entire weekend I was there.

The Expedia reservation was a problem for them. Took long time for approval. Elevators dues not work. Bath tube dies not drain the water . Hotel smells bad. Never come back!
The front staff was amazing!!!! Ellie was amazing and so so sweet and help helpful!! We will definitely be back. Everyone that worked there went out of their way to help you in anyway you needed ! Great people ❤️
