Service – excellent! Drinks – excellent! Staff – excellent! Marvin, our waiter, was amazing and Ellaine (Marvin’s boss, just kidding 😄) Ellaine she is such a great asset to the team. She always has the answers and is super helpful. Big shoutout to our housekeeping man Frank you’re the man! High five! And of course, Nano the dog and his friend, the highlight of our stay such sweet and friendly buddies! We also left some treats for them. Thank you, Ellaine, for loving our buddies! The garden is well looked after, and the staff always greet you warmly with Kia Orana it really makes you feel welcome. Special mention to Roxane at the cashier always with a big smile, making the experience even brighter! Meitaki maata, Pacific Resort we will be back!

Zee and his team is really amazing! Fabulous food. Can't find anything wrong except the SPA staff were a bit noisy when I went for my massage. This is really the best establishment ever! Such a relaxing and lovely experience, a fabulous pedicure from Mary Ann! I'll be back for sure! The massage at the end was perfect.

Arrived @ 11pm. Rang the hotel 3 times to get twin beds. We arrived & it was a king bed only. I was there with a friend. The lady on reception kindly got us a single bed. The man @ reception next day said we should be charged for the extra bed. He was rude to me. I explained I had rung central reservations twice & the actual hotel once to make sure we got twin beds. The breakfast was terrible. The resort is 4 & half star. The fruit juice was cordial. The fruit was plentiful. There was cheese, tomatoe, onion, & a processed meat that looked terrible. Plus baked beans & an egg quiche. Absolutely NO boiled eggs. The breakfast was equivalent to 3 star hotel. Coming to Pacific resort Aitutaki, a 5 star hotel & the breakfast, a fully cooked breakfast was available with proper juice. I was extremely disappointed in the poor quality of the accommodation & food @ Pacific resort Rarotonga

I’ve been seeing Maryanne for over 2 years now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else! She’s incredibly patient, calm and professional. Her workspace is always immaculate. Every visit is such a vibe — we have the best banter and chats, and I always leave feeling refreshed and happy. She’s so personable and welcoming, and I truly appreciate the care she puts into every detail. My nails are always perfect — never once disappointed! Even if she’s busy, I’ll happily wait and book when she’s available because she’s simply the best. I ALWAYS come back for Mary Ann’s Spa Pedicure! She’s absolutely amazing at what she does - so gentle, kind and professional! Would 100% recommend her at the Pacific Resort Spa if you want to get an amazing pedicure that makes you want to fall asleep because it’s so relaxing!

Mary Ann at the Pacific Resort Spa is an absolute super star! I love my nails everytime I see her! Thank you Mary Ann for the fabulous flower design and pretty color choice for hands and pedi ☺️ I will be coming back again and only here for nails in the Cook Islands 🌸
