Well equipped and clean rooms, very good hotel facilities, nice beach and sunbed area, very good position, large and covered parking lot.

Kitchen staff is very rude (the waiters). The hotel is mainly dedicated to German people, although it does not exclude other guests. But automatically you feel excluded or less well treated if you're not part of a German group. The staff snaps at you when you ask them to clean and prepare you a table for breakfast and dinner, they tend to be passive aggressive and speak to you directly in German. Their English is quite bad too. We had breakfast and dinner and they were both just satisfactory but not excellent. The food was varied, but not of very good quality, often being either undercooked, too dry, they make dinner salads out of breakfast leftovers etc. The hotel has a shop but they don't sell any alcoholic drinks so you have to buy them from their bar. They have evening shows every night and some of them are held between the two buildings that make up the hotel, which makes a terrible echo. They end at 11-11:30 p.m. but it is still unpleasant for someone who comes on vacation to enjoy some peace and quiet. To sum up, it's a good hotel for the beach, the easy access to many attractions and for the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms.But if you're looking for an authentic Greek experience and for some peace, this is not the place

The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. The overall cleanliness of the hotel, both indoors and outdoors, was excellent and made up for the fact that the property is older. The pools, both indoor and outdoor, were very clean and well maintained. The hotel also offers spacious indoor and outdoor areas, and the Wi-Fi connection was surprisingly strong-better than in many other hotels I’ve stayed at. The air conditioning in the rooms worked very well: although centrally controlled, it was quiet, effective, and could be adjusted by airflow intensity, which kept the room pleasantly cool. Sunbeds in the garden were free of charge, which was a nice bonus.

The hotel is clearly older, and the furniture and facilities show their age. The biggest downside was the food: the all-inclusive selection was limited, repetitive, and not very fresh. Drinks were from post-mix machines, with the “juice” at breakfast tasting more like flavored water, and it wasn’t even refilled regularly. The rooms were quite noisy, with sounds coming both from outside (hotel facilities, cooling units, etc.) and from the corridor, as the doors are not soundproof. On the beach, there are no sunbeds provided-only in neighboring hotels.

Una settimana meravigliosa! Struttura immersa in un bellissimo giardino, ottima cucina, c'era veramente tantissima scelta e tanta qualità. Anche la pizza cotta nel forno a legna ottima. Il personale gentile è disponibile, soprattutto i ragazzi più giovani, un pochino meno le persone più grandi d'età! Per il resto tutto benissimo, si è praticamente al centro di tutto ma in posizione super tranquilla, torneremo!
