Hosts are careful to meet the requirements and preferences of guests regarding breakfast etc. Warm welcome with tea and cake. The very dog-friendly nature of the accommodation was lovely - as was the absence of children. The lovely tranquil ambiance was delightful even though close to a main thoroughfare.

Although careful step-by-step directions were thoughtfully sent in advance in an email, giving the What Three Words location and Google Maps grid reference would be very useful indeed. Most people these days use GPS rather than following landmark-based directions. The turning is easy to miss and there is another Beudy Bach not far away. A neighbour in the lane has a big sign saying 'Don't ask us for directions', so finding the accommodation is clearly a problem that needs to be fixed.

Stunning hosts, property, and location. Impeccably clean, and dog friendly. Fenced, vast wide open well manicured lawns a stroll and free running for guests and their dog. Very easy access off Cross Hands roundabout at A48. Very ideal and close by for visits to noted regional dog rescue adoption facility Many Tears. Very accessible to modern / comprehensive shopping centre and dining options at that roundabout. One of the best accommodations I’ve experienced.

Lovely hosts, very welcoming and friendly. Nice breakfast.

Not much, but it's in the roof, so the ceiling slopes at the edges.
