日本語の話せるスタッフもいるし、 日本基準のきれいさ、設備の良さで文句なしに、快適でした。 朝食も、おいしかったです！
ベッドメイクの日程を間違えていたのが 残念でした あと、シャワーもお湯が出にくかったです
贅沢なホテルではないけど、日本同様使いやすく、清潔。スタッフもてきぱき。朝食もヘルシーでバランスが取れているので、モンゴル旅行の最初の晩のステイにちょうど良かったです。忘れ物をしてもスムーズに対応してもらえました。コンビニは歩いて５分位、遠くはないけど、車の多い道なので、少し注意が必要かな。
Everything was perfect
A reliable Japanese chain hotel with a lot to like but one front desk check-in staff member is noticeably cranky from start to finish. Also, the unfortunate truth is that group tourists from a certain neighboring country tends to use the property with little respect.

ホテルの部屋もきれいで快適でした。 中心のスフバートル広場から少し遠いのだけが不満点です。
快適です。日本クォリティを再確認できました。モンゴルはUB以外は夏季に温水がとまるので、安心して入れる熱いシャワーはありがたいです。
日本語話せるスタッフがいるので助かる。 市内バス停は近い。 銀行も近い(日本円両替できる)
