Great stay! Excellently location, friendly staff, clean facilities, good amenities, comfortable beds, free water, close to metro, good wifi, can’t complain. Thank you.

A central location, facilities for work and creativity (musical instruments), a cafeteria, gym and cleanness of the room, a friendly stuff, quietness. Around 10 am (almost before checking out time) it was some repairment work in front of the room

After my check-in issue was resolved there was no problem :) Я не могла прибыть вечером моего регистрацией потому, что автобус прибыл поздно. Следующей день у меня были другие планы, но когда я сказала гостиницу это, они отменили мою резервацию без проблем. :)

It is a very good hostel. Excellent staff, attentive, caring, excellent location, breakfast included. it looks like a family. But guests depends on lucky.

Attention, politeness, kindness, price, individual options

Breakfast and breakfast staff was horrible. Felt like being in jail in terms of service and quality of food. As for main reception, most of the staff are very nice and want to help you have a pleasant stay.

It is in a fantastic spot, close to transport and just opposite the Bolshoi. Very clean and super comfortable.
