WiFi signal was not good in my room

The location of the property was top, due to easy access to the main train station and other means of transportation.

The room was advertised as a Cosy Double Room with pictures showing two beds but then I got a single bed room, not good at all. Also there were contruction site in the yard that one could see right from the bedroom window and the window in the hallway. There was no noise but just having to see it was not the best. Also in the bathroom, the lid of the WC did not close until down, so kept up as shown in the picture taken.

The room was clean, and the receptionist was helpful.

I was asked to pay the city tax twice, even though I showed the Booking confirmation email stating that it was already included. Instead of a room with two single beds (as mentioned in the booking and shown in the photos), I was given a small room with a queen bed. The bathroom door also had no lock — only an empty hole where the lock should have been. When I requested a room change, I was told there were no available rooms and was offered a refund instead. As I did not have the time to resolve the issue, I stayed. I’m giving two extra stars only because the receptionist was understanding and tried to help improve the situation.

Měli jsme objednané dva pokoje jeden s výhledem na nádraží ten byl výborný a druhý jednolůžkový byl umístěn v části, která procházela rekonstrukci. Bohužel nešlo otevřít okno nějak jsme se s tím vypořádali, ale bylo to v období velkého horka náročnější.
