Czystość w pokoju, bufet śniadaniowy. Świetne położenie - naprzeciwko dworca głównego i Ubahnu, przystanków autobusowych. Położenie rekompensowało mankamenty.

Pokój bardzo ciemny. Brak lodówki, popsuty telewizor - chętnie obejrzałabym wiadomości - nie dało się. Rezerwując prosiłam o dwa osobne łóżka. Otrzymałyśmy jedno szerokie z odrębnymi kompletami pościeli.

"I would stay here again if I came back to Hamburg."

The location is amazing. We walked everywhere. The train station just across the road has loads of food options and shops. The beds were super comfortable and the high ceilings in the room made it feel very spacious. The building has a lot of character and is well decorated. The room was modern and very clean. The shower was excellent with great water pressure and temperature control. The staff was friendly and treated us well.

The pillows were all super flat. Could use some that were firmer and fluffier. It wasn’t a problem for us but because there is no air conditioning, the windows had to be left open (which we are fine with because we like fresh air) but the noise is crazy at night and in the early morning. Luckily we are heavy sleepers so it wasn’t a big deal but some light sleepers or families with babies might struggle.
