"Decepcionante e frustrante pelo preço da estadia e pela fama do hotel."

Apenas localização do hotel, próximo de shopping, supermercados, lanchonetes e pizzarias.

Camas não são confortáveis, quarto pequeno, pia do banheiro estava com o ralo sujo. As moças que fazem a limpeza do quarto batem na porta e entram mesmo com o aviso de não perturbe, se eu estivesse em algum momento íntimo seria um constrangimento total !! No primeiro dia de hospedagem me acordaram batendo na porta e entrando, no segundo dia mesmo com o aviso bateram e entraram alegando que já havia passado do horário de saída dos hóspedes, porém eu paguei horas adicionas, outro ponto é o restaurante, eu pedi almoço com adicional de batatas fritas demoraram para trazer sendo que só tinha eu no restaurante, e na hora que trouxeram não levaram meu adicional, pediram pra eu aguardar porém eu terminei de almoçar e não levaram as batatas.
