Es un excelente hotel con muy buenas instalaciones

Que estuviese malo el acceso peatonal a la costanera y que no tuvieran alguna alternativa para bajar más que ir por la calle que es oscura pasadas las 5 pm y muy poco friendly para familias con coches o adultos mayores, sobretodo para subir de regreso. Parte de las gracias del hotel es el acceso a la costanera. Lo otro es que encontramos que el aseo en las habitaciones era muy tarde. Si uno va con niños va a estar más en el hotel que otro perfil de pasajeros y tener que pedir que hagan la pieza para ir q dormir siesta con los bebés a las casi 3 de la tarde, nos pareció mucho

Las vistas que se tiene al Lago son hermosas. El cuarto es acogedor, y la calefaccion es buena.

Las habitaciones deberian de tener espejos de cuerpo completo. La variedad del desayuno deberia ser mayor.

La vista! La comidas de las instalaciones y la piscina

Por el valor que pudieran haber incluido un masaje o algo así era el día de mi cumpleaños y si bien me regalaron una tortita que me tb valoro y me gustó podrían tener un regalito para las personas que decidimos pasar nuestros cumpleaños en el hotel

The location was great, the cabana suite was great and clean with an awesome view. Breakfast was also very plentiful and good quality, and we loved the pool too.

They don't take certain cards (even though never had a problem elsewhere with Monzo or Revolut etc.), so we had to try everything until we got to our American Express before anything worked. This was a shame.
